The TLP3546A and TLP3546AF photorelay consist of a photo MOSFET optically coupled to an infrared light emitting diode. It is housed in a 6-pin DIP package. The low ON-state resistance and the high permissible ONstate current of the TLP3546A and TLP3546AF make it suitable for power line control applications.
