Sil-Pad 400 has excellent mechanical and physical characteristics. Surfaces are pliable and allow complete surface contact with excellent heat dissipation. Sil-Pad 400 actually improves its thermal resistance with age. The reinforcing fiberglass provides excellent cut-through resistance.
