The drivers are Class II (double insulated) meaning ~~eee~~ no earth connection is required. The phase angle dimming works with leading or trailing edge dimmers. The RACT09 is suitable for indoor locations up to 50°C ambient temperature and is certified for building into furniture for applications such as dimmable shelf lighting, cove lighting or accent lighting.
