Inductance measured at 100kHz, 100mVrms. 2. Inductance at Irated is the value of the inductance at 25°C at the listed rated current. 3. The rated current as listed is either the saturation current (25°C) or the heat ing current depending on which value is lower. 4. The saturation current is the typical current which causes the inductance to drop by 30% at the stated ambient temperatures (25°C, 100°C ). This current is determined by placing the component in the specified ambient environment and applying a short duration pulse current (to eliminate self-heating effects) to the component. 5. The heating current is the DC current which causes the part temperature to increase by approximately 40°C when used in a typical application. 6. Leakage inductance is measured at 100Khz, 100mVrms, pin 1~2 value with pin 2/3 or pin 3/4 shorted. 7. Parts with the HLT suffix are sold in tape and reel packaging. Pulse complies to industry standard tape and reel specification EIA-481. The tape and reel for this product has a width (W=44mm), pitch (Po=28mm) and depth (Ko=14mm). Samples of these parts can be ordered by removing the HLT suffix and replacing with HL. 8. The temperature of the component (ambient plus temperature rise) must be within the stated operating temperature range. ## **Mechanicals** ## **Schematics** ## **PGL6459HLT** **==> picture [18 x 50] intentionally omitted <==** **----- Start of picture text -----**
PULSE
PGL6459HL
DATE CODE CTRY MFG
**----- End of picture text -----**
**==> picture [90 x 102] intentionally omitted <==** **----- Start of picture text -----**
Weight ......................11.8 grams
Tape & Reel ..................150/reel
Tray ...............................40/tray
Inches
Dimensions:
mm
Unless otherwise specified,
.010
all tolerances are ±
0.25
**----- End of picture text -----**
**==> picture [94 x 8] intentionally omitted <==** **----- Start of picture text -----**
PulseElectronics.com
**----- End of picture text -----**
P948.Pre (09/23) 1 ## HIGH FREQUENCY FLAT COIL INDUCTOR _PGL6459HLT & PGL6704.222HLT Series_ ## **Mechanicals** ## **Schematics** ## **PGL6704.222HLT** **==> picture [279 x 223] intentionally omitted <==** **==> picture [60 x 92] intentionally omitted <==** **==> picture [90 x 103] intentionally omitted <==** **----- Start of picture text -----**
Weight ......................11.8 grams
Tape & Reel ..................120/reel
Tray ...............................40/tray
Inches
Dimensions:
mm
Unless otherwise specified,
.010
all tolerances are ±
0.25
**----- End of picture text -----**
## **PGL6459HLT L vs I Curve** **==> picture [375 x 242] intentionally omitted <==** **----- Start of picture text -----**
2.5
2.0
1.5
1.0
0.5
0.0
0 2 4 6 8 10 12 14 16 18 20 22 24 26 28 30
Current I (A)
At 25C At 125C
Inductance (μH)
**----- End of picture text -----**
## For More Information **Americas -** prodinfo_power_americas@yageo.com | **Europe -** prodinfo_power_emea@yageo.com | **Asia -** prodinfo_power_asia@yageo.com Performance warranty of products offered on this data sheet is limited to the parameters specified.
