But the time delay may vary with the oil viscosity in the oil dash pot. Lower oil viscosity at higher temperatures results in a shorter delay, whereas at lower temperatures the delay will be longer. ## Temperature Correction Curve The time delay curves on the preceding page are measured at 40°C. With reference to the following curves, time delays can be corrected according to ambient temperature. **==> picture [150 x 138] intentionally omitted <==** **----- Start of picture text -----**
600
500
400
300
200
100
80
60
40
-20 -10 0 10 20 30 40 50 60 70
Ambient Temperature (°C)
Change of Time Delay (%)
**----- End of picture text -----**
The time delay is based on an ambient temperature of 40°C. Time delays at other temperatures are corrected according to the temperature correction curve. The time delay of the instantaneous time delay curve (S) is not affected by the ambient temperature. ## Inertial Delay Inertial delay is designed not to trip on a non-repeating single pulse of 20 times the rated current (peak value) for a duration of 8 ms. In addition, circuit protectors equipped with inertial delay do not respond to high inrush currents caused by transformer or lamp loads, but perform the specified interruption on the subsequent overcurrents. Inertial delay is available on AC circuits, and is not available with the series trip curve S (instantaneous). **==> picture [197 x 226] intentionally omitted <==** **----- Start of picture text -----**
12000
1. Therefore, when circuit protectors of a small rated current are used, voltage drop should be taken into consideration. Internal resistance also varies with time delay curves, which should also be considered during installation. ## Main Contact - Auxiliary/Alarm Contact ## [Auxiliary Contact] |Main Contact|NO ontact|NC Contact| |---|---|---| |ON|closed|open| |Tripped|open|closed| |OFF|open|closed| |[Alarm Contact]||| |Main Contact|NO ontact|NC Contact| |ON|open|closed| |Tripped|closed|open| |OFF|open|closed| |Tripping Voltage|For DC
Resistance (Ω)| |---|---| |24-48V|100.0| Tolerance: ±25% 9 ## NC1V Circuit Protectors ## Dimensions 1-pole **==> picture [533 x 675] intentionally omitted <==** **----- Start of picture text -----**
All dimensions in mm.
DIN Rail (BAA, BAP, BADA)
M4 Terminal Screw 6.6 66.0
12.0 (up to 20A) 48.3
M5 Terminal Screw 30.6
(25A, 30A)
ety ——FI
NC1V-1100 ‘ i
ON
Ce San
a ek
2-ø4.5 Holes
a des (for screw mounting) ——— 5.0
17.5 15.3
33.0
DIN Rail (BAA, BAP, BADA)
6.6 66.0
M4 Terminal Screw
12.0 (up to 20A) 48.3 Mounting Hole Layout
M5 Terminal Screw 30.6 (M4 Mounting Screws)
(25A, 30A)
12
NC
aeel C ———————— p4} et
NC1V-1111 NO
(Auxiliary Contact) i i i
NC1V-1121 Pe r
O N
(Alarm Contact) niome: Ye =)é TT mai it
l b S , i |
M3.5 Terminal Screw
2-ø4.5 Holes
(for screw mounting) 5.0
17.5 15.3
33.0
DIN Rail (BAA, BAP, BADA)
6.6 66.0
12.0 48.3
30.6
M5 Terminal Screw (30A)
ame ———— rT
Coil Terminal
NC1V-1500
(Relay Trip) Tn ul
ON
Fy —ene,
au i ca b° I
M3.5 Terminal Screw
2-ø4.5 Holes
(for screw mounting) 5.0 :
17.5 15.3
- 33.0
DIN Rail (BAA, BAP, BADA)
29.5 M4 Terminal Screw(up to 20A)M5 Terminal Screw 6.6 66.048.330.6 (M4 Mounting Screws)Mounting Hole Layout
(25A, 30A)
ed lead ——— 29.5
soe : ia
NC1V-2100 foe © ! |
ON
nen Fi ob!| qi1
a 2-ø4.5 Holes —ns : :
(for screw mounting) 5.0
Git 35.0 = 15.3 —
33.0
2-M4
2-M4
39.4
71.4 56.0 72.5 44.0 78.8
39.4
78.8
71.4 56.0 72.5 48.4
71.4
39.4
71.4 56.0 72.5 48.4 78.8
39.4
72.5 44.0 78.8
71.4 56.0
71.4
**----- End of picture text -----**
## 2-pole 10 NC1V Circuit Protectors ## 2-pole **==> picture [495 x 330] intentionally omitted <==** **----- Start of picture text -----**
DIN Rail (BAA, BAP, BADA)
6.6 66.0
M4 Terminal Screw
29.5 (up to 20A) 48.3
M5 Terminal Screw 30.6
(25A, 30A)
NC1V-2111
(one auxiliary contact) NC
NC1V-2112 C
(two auxiliary contacts) NO
NC1V-2121
(one alarm contact) ON
NC1V-2131
and one alarm contact)(one auxiliary contact M3.5 Terminal Screw Mounting Hole Layout
2-ø4.5 Holes(for screw mounting) 5.0 (M4 Mounting Screws)
35.0 15.3
33.0 29.5
The dimensions are for NC1V-2111 and NC1V-2121.
DIN Rail (BAA,BAP,BADA)
6.6 66.0
29.5 48.3
M5 Terminal 30.6
Screws (30A)
Coil Terminal
NC1V-2500
(Relay Trip) ON
M3.5 Terminal Screw
2-ø4.5 Holes
(for screw mounting) 5.0
35.0 15.3
33.0
2-M4
39.4
71.4 56.0 72.5 48.4 78.8
71.4
39.4
72.5 48.4 78.8
71.4 56.0
**----- End of picture text -----**
## 3-pole **==> picture [495 x 330] intentionally omitted <==** **----- Start of picture text -----**
DIN Rail (BAA, BAP, BADA)
6.6 66.0
M4 Terminal Screw
47.0 (up to 20A) 48.3
M5 Terminal Screw 30.6
(25A, 30A)
NC1V-3100
ON
Mounting Hole Layout
(M4 Mounting Screws)
2-ø4.5 Holes 47.0
(for screw mounting) 5.0
52.5 15.3
33.0
DIN Rail (BAA, BAP, BADA)
6.6 66.0
NC1V-3111 M4 Terminal Screw
(one auxiliary contact) 47.0 (up to 20A)M5 Terminal Screw 48.330.6
NC1V-3112 (25A, 30A)
(two auxiliary contacts)
NC
NC1V-3113
(three auxiliary contacts) C NO
NC1V-3121
(one alarm Contact) ON
NC1V-3131
(one auxiliary contact
and one alarm contact) M3.5 Terminal Screw
NC1V-3132 2-ø4.5 Holes
(for screw mounting) 5.0
(two auxiliary contacts 52.5 15.3
and one alarm contact) 33.0
The dimensions are for NC1V-3111 and NC1V-3121.
2-M4
39.4
71.4 56.0 78.8
72.5 44.0
71.4
39.4
71.4 56.0 78.8
72.5 48.4
**----- End of picture text -----**
11 ## NC1V Circuit Protectors (Accessories) ## 3-pole All dimensions in mm. **==> picture [463 x 143] intentionally omitted <==** **----- Start of picture text -----**
DIN Rail (BAA, BAP, BADA)
6.6 66.0
47.0 48.3 Mounting Hole Layout
M5 Terminal 30.6 (M4 Mounting Screws)
Screw (30A)
eoKio GiU eatWZ Coil ——4;
