**Panel Mount Solid State Relay Three Phase AC Output** 

## **Description** 

Three-phase SSR with internal MCU control circuit, provides over-temperature detection, SCR failure detection, load disconnection detection and phase-lack detection function with LED indication, alarm contact output as option. Control voltage is 10-32V, load voltage is 180-660V AC, load current is 25A.

## **Function Introduction**

|Over-temperature Protection|Product temperature real-time monitoring relay power component at work, when the<br>power component temperature over 60°C, the product is in pre-alarm state, fault<br>indicator is blinking at the same time, and with the increase of the power component<br>temperature flicker faster, this state product still work. When the power component<br>temperature is over 80°C, the product will cut off the output, fault indicator and the<br>output signal at the same time, need power component cooled to below 60°C<br>product function shall be resumed.|
|SCR Failure and Load<br>Disconnection Detection|Without control signal, when the load disconnection or SCR failure happens, product<br>outputs failure state with the indicator lighting.|
||With control signal and the SCR work properly, when SCR disconnection happens,<br>product will output alarm. When SCR short-circuits happens, product will detect this<br>state after take out the control signal, product will output alarm. The indicator will<br>light in the above two faults.|
|Phase-lack Detection|When phase-lack failure happens during the work, product will automatic cut off the<br>output with the fault indicator lightingand outputs a failure signal.|
||Without control signal,when phase-lack failure happens, product will output failure<br>signal.|
