The dimension measurement shall be implemented by instruments with equal or more precision seal of 0.01mm. 测量尺寸的仪器精度应大于等于0.01mm。 - b. Standard class specified in the national standard or more sensitive class having inner impedance more than10k Ω/v. - 万用表测量电压及电流的准确度应不低于0.5级;测电压时内阻不应小于10kΩ/v。 - c. Impedance shall be measured by a sinusoidal alternating current method(1kHz LCR meter). 内阻测试仪测量原理应为交流阻抗法(1kHz LCR )。 - d.
