To ensure future supply and minimize disruption, we release the Nexperia B.V. owned assembly site ATSN in Seremban, Malaysia as an additional assembly site with immediate e�ect. Impact and Required Action: New orders for the a�ected 12NCs will automatically be considered as acceptance of this PCN. If you do not agree with the changes described in this PCN, please let us know immediately and ensure no new orders for the a�ected products are placed. If we do not receive a response from you within five (5) working days from the date of this PCN notification, we will assume that you accept the PCN.
