## **BG Series** ## **Heatsink for BGA, CPU and GPU** Ohmite introduces the low cost, BG-series, standard heat sinks for BGAs and PBGAs, etc. devices. This simple heat sink can be attached to devices with adhesive thermal tape (included with the heatsink kit). The heat sink offers black anodized surface finish and can be used in either natural (free) or forced convection cooling applications.
