At the same time, a new portfolio with Automotive qualified products “Q-Portfolio” will be released. Types of the new Q-Portfolio will be named with "-Q" at the end of the type-number. To inform customers who need automotive qualified products about the change of the type-number and the 12NC (ordering code). If required, customers must change their orderbook to the related Q-parts. In rare cases not all packing variants are available as Q-part. Then the default packing variant needs to be used (e.g., order code ending -115). ## **Identification of affected products** Product Identification does not change Products of the new Q-Portfolio can be identified by new type number and new 12NC order code. The marking on the product is unchanged. **Management summary** New type number and ordering code (12NC) for Automotive qualified products. Removal of “Automotive qualification status” of current (standard) products. **Product availability** ## **Production** Planned first shipment: 16 Aug 2026 ## **Sample information** Samples are available upon request ## **Impact** No impact to the product's functionality anticipated For all parts which are affected by this PCN the AEC-Q101 qualification status will be removed, and the legal disclaimer of the related data sheets will change to “not usable for Automotive applications”. PPAP support will not be granted for these standard products anymore. The new Q-portfolio products will be identical to the current products as on implementation day. There will be no impact on fit, form, function or reliability. Specifications as stated in the data sheets are guaranteed. No technical qualification is needed at customer side. ## **Data sheet revision** A new datasheet will be issued ## **Disposition of old products** The changes on standard portfolio will apply from the effective date onwards (products with production date-code before the effective date are guaranteed AEC Q-101 compliant). ## **Feedback** Your acknowledgement of this change, conform JEDEC J-STD-046, is expected till 11 Sep 2025.
