Operations: Up to 350 consecutive soldering operations if temp. is regulated by switching on & off. Up to 100solder joints if tip is allowed to cool off & reheated for every two solder joints.

The structure of the charger conforms to Safety Category 2 (total insulation). It must be ensured that the housing insulation is neither damaged nor destroyed. A damaged power cable may be replaced only by the manufacturer or his after-sales service or by a specialist electrician. 

Soldering work on live components and elements is not permitted. 

Use under adverse ambient conditions is also not permitted. These include the following: 

- Wet conditions and conditions of excessively high air humidity 

- Conditions involving dust, other particulates, combustible gases, vapours and solvents
