- •  Typical failure mode is short from over-specified • Matte tin lead–free plated voltage or current • Halogen free and RoHS 

- •  Whisker test is conducted compliant based on JEDEC • Pb-free E3 means 2nd JESD201A per its table 4a level interconnect is and 4c Pb-free and the terminal 

- •  IEC 61000-4-2 ESD finish material is tin(Sn) 30kV(Air), 30kV (Contact) (IPC/JEDEC J-STD609A.01)
