## Description

The Same Sky TBL005A-500-24GY-2WT is a high-density, 24-way wire-to-board terminal block engineered for secure, tool-less conductor termination in industrial control panels, instrumentation, and power distribution systems. Built on a 5.00 mm pitch spacing, this through-hole component features a space-saving 45-degree block orientation with the printed circuit board, facilitating optimal cable routing and high-density PCB layouts. The integrated push-button clamp mechanism enables rapid insertion and release of solid and stranded wires ranging from 26 AWG to 14 AWG (0.2 mm² to 2.5 mm² conductor cross-sectional area), ensuring reliable spring-clamp retention under continuous mechanical vibration.

 Electrically, the terminal block is rated for up to 24A and 320V under IEC standards (15A and 300V UL certified), supported by a robust dielectric withstanding voltage of 1600 Vac for 1 minute and a 4000V surge voltage rating. Constructed with tin-plated copper alloy contacts housed in a gray UL94V-0 flammability-rated PA66 polyamide body with a contrasting white push button, the assembly delivers a low contact resistance of 20 mΩ maximum and an insulation resistance of 500 MΩ minimum at 500 Vdc. It operates reliably across an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and withstands wave soldering processes up to 250°C for a maximum of 5 seconds.
