## **Description** 

This Power MOSFET is the latest development of STMicroelectronics unique “single feature size” stripbased process. The resulting transistor shows extremely high packing density for low onresistance, rugged avalanche characteristics and less critical alignment steps therefore a remarkable manufacturing reproducibility.
