**Reason for Change:** MEMS die yield enhancement and simplification of MEMS solder bump process.
## **Description of Change:**
SiTime is in process of qualifying
- MEMS die stepping change for yield enhancement
- MEMS solder bump formation process change from solder print to solder ball drop for process simplification.
The samples will be available on October 15, 2021, and the qualification report and MCD (material content declaration) table will be available no later than December 17, 2021. There is no change in form, fit, function, quality, and reliability of the product from this change.
Starting June 26, 2022, all product shipments will consist of products made with the changed process.
