## **Description and Applications** 

This Super Barrier Rectifier (SBR[®] ) diode has been designed to meet the stringent requirements of automotive applications. It is ideally suited to use as : 

- Polarity Protection Diode 

- Re-Circulating Diode 

- Switching Diode
