SACB series is designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events.

- 500W peak pulse power • Glass passivated chip capability at 10/1000μs junction waveform, repetition rate • Fast response time: (duty cycles):0.01% typically less than 1.0ps 

- • For surface mounted from 0V to BV min applications in order to • Excellent clamping optimize board space capability 

- Low profile package • Low incremental surge • Built-in strain relief resistance 

- Typical failure mode is • High temperature short from over-specified to reflow soldering voltage or current guaranteed: 260°C/40sec 

- Whisker test is conducted • Plastic package is based on JEDEC flammability rated V-0 per JESD201A per its table 4a Underwriters Laboratories and 4c •  Meet MSL level1, per 

- •  IEC-61000-4-2 ESD J-STD-020, LF maximun 30kV(Air), 30kV (Contact) peak of 260°C 

- ESD protection of data • Matte tin lead–free plated lines in accordance with • Halogen free and RoHS IEC 61000-4-2 compliant
