The YAGEO S1D is a single standard recovery rectifier diode housed in a low-profile DO-214AC (SMA) surface-mount package featuring two robust, tin-plated leads. Built with a glass-passivated chip junction, this 2-pin component is engineered for reliable automated placement and robust thermal performance, exhibiting a typical junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 95 °C/W when mounted on a standard 0.2" x 0.2" copper pad PCB. The device complies with MSL Level 1 standards per J-STD-020 with a maximum peak reflow temperature of 260 °C, and its molding compound meets UL 94 V-0 flammability requirements while remaining fully RoHS-compliant and halogen-free.

Electrically, the S1D delivers a repetitive peak reverse voltage ($V_{RRM}$) of 200 V, a maximum DC blocking voltage of 200 V, and an average rectified forward output current ($I_O$) of 1 A under a 60 Hz sine wave resistive load.
