The P4SMA series is designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events.

- •  Typical IR less than 1μA (αT:Temperature when VBR min>12V Coefficient, typical value is 0.1%) 

- •  Optimized surface mount footprint for minimal PCB • UL Recognized epoxy space impact meeting flammability classification V-0 

- Low profile package 

- Meet MSL level1, per 

- •  Typical failure mode due J-STD-020, LF maximun
