The MK3305 mica thermal insulator offers high thermal resistance which makes it an excellent industrial insulation material. They can be used between the transistor and heatsink helping dissipate heat while isolating the heatsink. They can be used with TO-3P, and TO-218 packages. It is environmentally safe, non-toxic and provides long shelf life. 

## **RoHS Compliant** 

These are sold in packs of ten and are most often used in electronic and electrical applications.
