The Bourns MF-PSMF110X-2 is a surface-mount polymer positive temperature coefficient (PPTC) resettable fuse engineered for reliable overcurrent protection in space-constrained electronic designs. Built using a low-profile 0805 (2012 Metric) chip scale package with a symmetrical layout, this resettable PPTC thermistor features a holding current rating ($I_{hold}$) of 1.1 A and a trip current ($I_{trip}$) of 2.2 A at 23 °C. The component operates at a maximum DC voltage rating of 6 VDC and can safely interrupt fault currents up to a maximum interrupt rating of 40 A.
