It is rated for a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 45V and supports a total average forward current of 20A (10A per diode leg) with a maximum forward voltage drop of 840mV. Designed to handle high current capacities, the device exhibits a non-repetitive peak forward surge current rating of 150A and operates across a wide junction temperature range from -65°C to 150°C.
