MSL reflow temperatures ratings for these products were decreased in 2017 (reference PCN 20170609003). MSL Reflow temperature performance has been improved through the qualification of an improved lead frame. This change has been qualified and implemented through TI internal controls. This datasheet change is being enacted to document this improvement and allow customers to process these products at higher reflow temperatures if required. The revised reflow temperatures apply to devices with date code 1814 or later. ## **Anticipated impact on Fit, Form, Function, Quality or Reliability (positive / negative):** No anticipated impact.
