1. The F3SG-RR does not receive type approval provided by Article 44-2 of the Industrial Safety and Health Act of Japan. When using the F3SGRR in Japan as a "safety system for pressing or shearing machines" prescribed in Article 42 of that law, the machine control system must receive type approval.
