## GENERAL PURPOSE TRANSISTOR 

## **DESCRIPTION** 

The BC141-16  is a silicon Planar Epitaxial NPN transistor in Jedec TO-39 metal case. It is particularly designed for audio amplifiers and switching application up to 1A.
