The following specifications shall be satisfied when ΔC/C ≦ ±20% of the initial limit
Damp Heat the capacitors are restored to 20°C after DF ≦ 150% of the initial specified limit
(Steady State) subjection them to store at 60°C, 90 to 95% RH for
1000 hours, without DC applied. ESR ≦ 150% of the initial specified limit

The capacitors shall be subjected to 1000 cycles
each consisting of charge with the surge voltages ΔC/C ≦ ±20% of the initial limit
Surge Voltage specified at 105°C for 30 seconds. DF ≦ 150% of the initial specified limit
Through a protective resistor (R = 1kΩ) and ESR ≦ 150% of the initial specified limit
discharge for 5 minutes 30 seconds.
