- Low profile package • Low incremental surge •  Typical failure mode is resistance short from over-specified • High temperature voltage or current to reflow soldering 

- •  Whisker test is conducted guaranteed: 260°C/40sec based on JEDEC at terminals JESD201A per its table 4a •  Meet MSL level1, per and 4c J-STD-020, LF maximun 

- •  IEC-61000-4-2 ESD peak of 260°C 30kV(Air), 30kV (Contact) • Matte tin lead–free plated 

- •  ESD protection of data • Halogen free and RoHS lines in accordance with compliant 

- IEC 61000-4-2 

- Pb-free E3 means 2nd
