## Latching USB Connector 

To support the increasingly wide-spread use of the USB standard in Industrial applications, TE Connectivity has added industrial ruggedized connectors to its USB connector family. The Latching USB connectors and cable assemblies add 40 N of retention force to a High Speed (USB 2.0) interconnection and permit attaching or detaching peripherals without power down or reboot.

## **OPERATING EFFICIENCY** 

The locking mechanism of the latching USB connectors makes industrial applications more reliable: 40 N of retention force make an accidental unplugging less likely to happen. Once the receptacle is designed in, the cable assemblies make it very convenient to use the added benefit of the locking function.

## Circular Sealed USB Connector 

To support the increasingly wide-spread use of the USB standard industrial applications, TE Connectivity has added industrial ruggedized connectors to its USB connector family. The Circular Sealed USB connector provides the popular High Speed USB standard for outdoor factory-floor and harsh environment applications where regular USB connectors do not offer the required level of ruggedness. 

## **KEY FEATURES** 

- IP 67 sealing performance 

- 1/4 turn bayonet coupling ring 

- Standard A plug and standard B plug 

## **OPERATING EFFICIENCY** 

Circular sealed USB connectors make the popular USB interface available for usecases with tough environmental requirements. The panel-mount receptacle, for instance, offers a fast ruggedized up-load port that avoids downtime for opening a control cabinet.
