   - • 15kW peak pulse • High temperature capability at 10/1000μs to reflow soldering waveform, repetition rate guaranteed: 260°C/40sec (duty cycles):0.01% / 0.375”, (9.5mm) lead 

   - • Fast response time: length, 5 lbs., (2.3kg) typically less than 1.0ps tension from 0 Volts to BV min •  VBR @ TJ= VBR@25°C 

   - • Excellent clamping x (1+αT x (TJ - 25)) capability (αT:Temperature Coefficient, typical value 

   - •  Typical failure mode is short from over-specified is 0.1%) voltage or current • UL Recognized compound 

   - •  Whisker test is conducted meeting flammability based on JEDEC rating V-0 JESD201A per its table 4a • Matte tin lead–free plated and 4c • Halogen free and RoHS 

   - •  IEC 61000-4-2 ESD compliant 

   - IEC 61000-4-2 ESD 30kV(Air), 30kV (Contact) • Pb-free E3 means 2nd
