- Glass passivated junction 

- Low incremental surge resistance 

- Excellent clamping capability 

- 15000W peak pulse power capability at 10/1000μs waveform, repetition rate (duty cycle): 0.05% 

- Fast response time 

- Typical IR less than 2μA above 30V. 

- High Temperature soldering guaranteed: 265 ℃ /10 seconds/.375″, 

   - (9.5mm) lead length, 5lbs (2.3kg) tension 

- Plastic package has underwriters laboratory flammability 94V-0 

- Meets MSL level 1, per J-STD-020. 

- Safety certification:  UL: E244458
