## Description

The TE Connectivity 1-1415060-1 is a six-pole force-guided safety relay module from the SR6Z Series, designed for DIN-rail mounting in industrial control applications requiring contact monitoring and redundant safety circuits. This AC/DC input variant features a 4 form A (NO) + 2 form B (NC) contact configuration with AgSnO2 contact material, rated for 250VAC maximum switching voltage and 8A rated current. The force-guided contact structure ensures mechanical interlocking between normally open and normally closed contacts in accordance with EN 50205 Type A, providing guaranteed contact state opposition critical for safety interlock verification in elevator controls, railway signaling systems, and machine safety circuits.

Electrical specifications include 115VAC/VDC coil energizing voltage with an operative range of 90-110% of rated voltage and release voltage at 10% of rated voltage at +23°C. The relay achieves 3000Vrms initial dielectric strength between contact and coil, with reinforced insulation classification per EN 50178 and minimum clearance/creepage distances of 5.5mm/5.5mm between contact and coil. Contact ratings per IEC 60947-5-1 include AC15-5A and DC13-6A on single form A contacts, with initial contact resistance ≤100mΩ at 1A, 24VDC. Minimum recommended contact load is 5V, 10mA for reliable operation in low-level signal applications.
